Alexandria "Allie" Lundell PA-C — Physician Assistant

Biography

Alexandria is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined the practice in July 2024. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA, and went on to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at DeSales University in Center Valley, PA, where she was inducted into Pi Alpha, the national honor society for physician assistants.

A native of the DMV area, Allie began her career in New Mexico, where she spent over five years practicing medicine. She initially worked in family medicine, enjoying the broad scope and diversity of care it offered. During that time, she discovered her true passion for orthopedics and transitioned to a focus on sports medicine and joint reconstruction. After several years in orthopedic practice in New Mexico, Allie felt called to return home to the DMV.

Today, she continues to advance her expertise in orthopedics with a specialized emphasis on spine care. Allie is committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to her patients—both in the clinic and as a first assistant in the operating room.

Outside of medicine, Allie enjoys spending quality time with family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling the world. A passionate adventurer, she aspires to visit every U.S. National Park.
